A cake shouldn’t just present itself as an elegant symbol of your union; its beauty should extend into the taste experience itself. Our custom cakes are lovingly baked and decorated in our home kitchen.

Process and Ingredients
Our cakes are baked to order and we use the finest ingredients.  I only use Class A approved free range British eggs, real English butter and the high quality British conserves. 100% Belgium chocolate and English and Swiss Sugarpaste.

As you can imagine, each wedding cake takes several days to procures so once our cakes are baked we split and fill each layer with Buttercream or Chocolate Ganache, cover with a Chocolate Ganache which gives the cake stability and allows us to achieve those sharp edges and helps keep them nice and moist. Then we final cover with Sugarpaste and decorate. Our Naked and Semi Naked cakes are baked as close as possible to your wedding day.
